We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join the PowerNet Engineering - Networks team, based in Invercargill in a full-time position.
You will be responsible for assisting with the development of an Asset Management Plan and leading strategies for The Power Company Network in association with our teams to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable power to our communities. Providing engineering support in the design and operation of our network equipment, you will be an integral part of PowerNet's Asset Management team.
About you: Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)At least 5 years' experience in the electrical distribution industryExcellent data analysis and report writing skillsSound technical understanding of electrical protection systems, load flow, and communications equipmentA great communicator with experience in asset planning, contract management, and customer relationsAn enthusiastic team member with a desire for continuous improvementAn innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsMotivated to make a differenceWhy Join Us?
