We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team based in Auckland. The successful candidate will primarily assist the Electrical Engineering team with planning and designing electrical systems, contract observation and liaising with Clients, Architects and other Engineers to deliver successful electrical engineering outcomes on projects.


To succeed in this role, ideally you have:

5 years' industry experience and are a team player and self-starter.
An understanding of electrical engineering safety design principles and related NZ Regulations
Effective communication skills including technical report writing and verbal communication. Comfortable attending meetings and talking confidently within limits of knowledge and experience.
Capabilities to use computer pdf drawing, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and cloud-based document management systems.
A related professional engineering tertiary degree with experience in electrical engineering design.
