An excellent opportunity has become available for skilled Coordinator to work for the Hawke's Bay DHB's Booking Coordinators Team
Our teams coordinate outpatient bookings so you'll need to an effective communicator, have excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from allculturally diverse groups within our community.We are ideally looking for someone with several year's experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power point) and related functions and generally be computer savvy with the ability to learn the other software packages used. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally. Multi-tasking abilities Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team. This position requires 5 days cover and maybe required to work between Napier & Hastings sites You will be required to deal sensitively andconfidentially withall information and have a strong attention to detail.
