We have an exciting opportunity for an HSE practitioner to join the team at Fletcher Construction as a Programmes Advisor. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the business by coordinating and implementing environment, health & safety initiatives to ensure the division maintains the highest professional HSE standards.
We're looking for an individual who can achieve HSE excellence through engagement, not just compliance. You'll be passionate about wellbeing, coaching, and training, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders face-to-face or via technology. Experience in the construction sector is preferred, but not required. This role suits those who are passionate about health and safety, enjoy working with diverse people and cultures, and can positively engage at all levels to improve HSE performance. Strong knowledge of critical risk management processes and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
