About the role Setting site direction of EHS performance through target setting and performance monitoring Continuous improvement to ensure site EHS compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz global best practice Ensuring suitable policies, management systems and controls are applied across EHS Driving EHS audits and action plans Mitigating business continuity risks through emergency preparedness plans Qualitative and quantitative EHS reporting Rehabilitation and Return to Work Leading and participating in Environment and Social Governance, such as energy conservation and waste reduction initiatives About you We are seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can confidently interact with and influence a range of stakeholders across the site drive to drive the EHS agenda.
