Iplex is on the lookout for a dynamic EHS Business Partner, based in Palmerston North, to champion our environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:Driving EHS standards across our operations, ensuring a culture of safety and sustainability.Working closely with cross-functional teams to embed EHS best practices into everything we do.Empowering and educating our teams through training, guidance, and support, making EHS an integral part of our daily operations.Monitoring and reporting on EHS performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.What You Bring:Proven experience in an EHS role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.The ability to influence, inspire, and promote a H&S culture.A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate at all levels of the business.Ability to travel to our Christchurch site, once every couple of months.Benefits/PerksWe understand that our people are our greatest asset, therefore, being part of Fletcher Building, you will have access to these awesome benefits:An industry-leading parental leave scheme Discounts, lots of them.
