Our education support officers work with a diverse range of kaiako (teachers) and akonga (learners) across Taranaki.This role covers a variety of environmental education subjects including but not limited to water, land, air, climate and is specifically the Enviroschools facilitator for Central and South Taranaki. This involves guiding, motivating and advising schools on their journey towards creating a sustainable school community. Enviroschools is a holistic and innovative kaupapa in its 21styear in Taranaki. See the website for more detailswww.enviroschools.org.nz .This varied, interesting, and diverse role would give you the opportunity to bring your passion for learning and education to play a pivotal role in a proven sustainability and environmental kaupapa.The role will be supporting schools and early childhood centres across Central and South Taranaki.
