Produce technology-enhanced material & courses and provide pedagogical & course delivery support to academic staff at Lincoln University to meet the strategic goals of both Learning, Teaching & Library (LTL) and the University.In this role, you will work closely with others within Learning & Teaching Excellence to coordinate and explore enhanced learning and teaching opportunities for the University.Some tasks of the role include:Technology-Enhanced Course Development - Provision, production and maintenance of pedagogically sound technology-enhanced material and courses that enhance the learning and teaching experience of the University.Pedagogical and Course Delivery - Coordinate and facilitate academic support dedicated to enhancing learning and teaching activities.Education Leadership - Initiatives and resources contribute to the learning and teaching environment meeting the strategic needs of the University.We have two permanent roles available working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus. The salary range is set at $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.To be successful in this role, you will need:A tertiary qualification in Education, Learning and Teaching, Digital Education, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of experience and qualifications.One to three years' related experience designing educational activities preferably across multiple delivery methods.Experience in the use of a learning management system and e-learning/educational development software.
