Are you an experienced educator with a passion for Structured Literacy and leading change in education? We're looking for a fixed-term education consultant to join our Learning MATTERS team in 2025!
Location: Auckland region
Contract: Full-time, fixed term (13 January – 19 December 2025)
Travel: Please note that some national travel will be required.
This role offers the opportunity to work with schools, leaders, and teachers to implement the iDeaL Approach to Structured Literacy. You'll make a meaningful impact by building cohesive practices, enhancing local curriculums, and empowering educators nationwide.
Key functions:
Facilitate professional learning for schools and leaders onsite and online.
Model, coach, and support teachers in implementing the iDeaL Approach.
Build capacity in leadership and evidence-based teaching practices.
Contribute to developing online and in-person professional learning modules.
Enhance the iDeaL Online Platform with the consultancy team.
