You'll be self-motivated to work within a network of educators, facilitate playgroups, outings, and onboarding of new educators.
What are we looking for? Experience in the Home Based sector preferred, or a willingness to accept a new challenge
A recognised NZ ECE teaching qualification and a current NZ Practising Certificate
Social Intelligence – ability to read a room
Self-motivation and a positive focused approach
Sound planning and organisational skills
Excellent verbal, written and online communication skills
A current first aid certificate and a clean full NZ driver's license
People skills that are kind, culturally sensitive, caring, understanding and diverse
