You will be a data-driven leader who thrives on building a strong online presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Here's what you'll do:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and brand awareness.Manage and analyse website, social media actions and traffic, customer behaviour, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth.Optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance online conversion rates.Develop and implement successful online marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).Oversee the management and fulfillment of online orders.Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing and business development) to ensure seamless customer experience across all touch points.Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.Identify and leverage new growth channels for the online store.Who we're looking for:Proven experience in e-commerce operations.Strong understanding and full use of e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Passion for health and wellness products (a plus, but not mandatory).A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What we offer:Competitive annual salary.Attractive retail bonus scheme.Join a team that's passionate about health and success!Additional Information:Open to candidates with permanent legal right to work in New Zealand.
