Job Description Reporting into our TWS Omni Strategy & Experience Lead, your role centres around managing the lifecycle of our products online to ensure our full range is available for customers to shop with rich product information, optimal search and navigation. As the window to our stores, we want you to ensure our online experience mirrors the needs of the broader business and no customer is disappointed with an "out of stock" or 'missing image' message and can find what they are looking for first time. We are looking for a high energy individual who wants to take this role and own it! The role will require you to work quickly and juggle many tasks, across a number of systems at once. You will have a passion for finding ways to be more efficient, through scripts or simply questioning business processes, and also the patience to do mundane tasks at times. Core responsibilities will see you: Diagnosis & fix of issues across pricing, promo, imagery, product data & integration. These issues stop customer being able to view our full assortment & purchase online. Effectively manage to product lifecycle online Manage store hours & changes to opening hours online Manage pre-orders to ensure optimal online availability Manage onsite badging & filtering to ensure key messages communicated to customers e.g. promos, new in, online only etc Manage category hierarchy including manually managed categories, Specials and MTEs Search & sort optimisation Operational support across other digital platforms e.g. Eagle Eye, Dynamic Yield, Bizarre Voice etc. Qualifications You'll be analytically minded and numerically savvy with a strong understanding of trading a digital business in an omni-channel environment. You've got a strong affinity with multi-category retail industry with a commercial & customer focused mind-set.
