We're looking for someone to join the eCom Operations Continuous Improvement team. Working across eComX and Store Operations we take a data driven approach, building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure collaboration, engagement and awareness.About the Role | Mo te TurangaThe eCom Ops CI Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting online order fulfillment operations, ensuring it's easy and efficient to get the right products to our customers on time, every time. The role is responsible for supporting the Continuous Improvement strategy and associated initiatives that impact customer experience and team processes. A core aspect of this role is leveraging customer, team and data insights, to identify and validate opportunities.Some of the key responsibilities:Conduct process observations, spending time in stores to identify and understand opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of store processes.Preparing summaries and playback findings, including current state pain points, accompanied by future state opportunities, quantified, with sound logic and workings.Lead and support process improvement initiatives, engaging and partnering with the relevant stakeholders to scope, test and implement the improvement, including being responsible for all change management activities.Updating and maintaining eCommerce Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).About You | MouTo succeed in this role you will need to bring a background of online operations in a fast paced FMCG / Retail business where you can navigate change and adapt quickly. You will be a strategic thinker, results orientated with a strong business acumen focusing on higher level goals.To be successful in this position, you will bring:3+ years experience in an FMCG, Retail or Online Operations environment.Desire to relentlessly identify business improvement opportunities.Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.Data analysis skills, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Proven experience in identifying, mapping, documenting, and implementing process improvements.Perseverance and determination when leading cross-functional project teams to find suitable solutions.Experience delivering training programs on new processes and procedures.Strong desire to learn and embrace both Continuous Improvement and Agile ways of working.If you're the sort of individual who strives to always do the right thing for customers, team, our communities, and our business then we ought to connect.Working with Woolworths NZ | Me mahi tahi tatou ki Woolworths NZOur purpose is to make Kiwis' lives a little better every day.We're friendly, down-to-earth, and energetic - we work hard but we have a great time doing it, and we love what we do.
