Ideal start date: ASAP End date: December 2025 Location: Superette HQ, Takapuna Remote work: WFH 1 day per week About the role... As the key leader of the Digital team, you will continue to drive Superette's growth and market position as an innovator in the Digital space.
Using digital UI as well as paid marketing channels, you will test and plan strategies around product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
The aim of the game is to achieve profitable, on-brand customer experiences.
Drive on-budget innovative results from our web development partners, as well as lead your internal team in optimising their channels and skills individually.
About you...
Proven experience in eCommerce management with a track record of driving growth The ability to grow and develop the team around you A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, trends in traffic and behaviour, and optimisation between channels Structured time management, with the ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to adapt to last minute changes Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of audience Why Superette?
