Ecommerce Customer Service/Admin Officer Do you love to learn? Love a challenge? It will take some time to learn about each one of our thousands of products, but you are supported by a detail-rich website and other staff who really know their stuff. No two days are the same, as you deal with customer orders flowing in, as well as emails, phone calls and chats. You'll love talking with customers about gifts, souvenirs, Maori artefacts, costumes, korowai, jewellery and more.You will also deal with suppliers, checking on deliveries of stock and entering invoices. Because you are dealing with both inward goods and sales, you'll become a fountain of knowledge, knowing exactly what is going on in the business. And if you are the right person for the job, you will love that feeling, and you will love sharing your product knowledge with customers.You'll be taught a lot, and will also learn from listening to the people around you. If you are the right person for the job, you will be hungry for that knowledge.So you should have experience in this type of role, and the more, the better, because that will have given you confidence in yourself. And that is what I need.Backing up that confidence will be excellent English skills, a good knowledge of the world, and you'll be a fast, accurate typist.
