ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Coordinator to oversee our online direct-to-customer (DTC) sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be responsible for managing our eCommerce website including product listings, stock management, and forecasting. The eCommerce Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and help drive revenue growth. This is a part-time position approximately 25 hours per week spread across 5 days, with some flexibility required for increased hours during busy periods, based at our Havelock North office and from home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the eCommerce website, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing to implement and support digital marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service support for people purchasing DTC.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have 2+ years' experience in eCommerce or a related field.
An understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies would be an advantage.
