Part-time hours or full-time - flexible for the right person.If you love the fashion industry and are excited to develop your career within the digital/eCommerce space - this could be the perfect next step for you!An exciting opportunity is now available for a conscientious and customer-centric person to join the team of a leading Wanaka fashion house.Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the eCommerce and Content Coordinator would be responsible for managing Social Media, preparing online orders, assisting and photographing the shoots, managing online stock levels, and delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.You will also be required to work some hours on the shop floor. This will enable you to meet the clients, learn the brands, and keep on top of all the latest trends!The successful applicant will be highly organised with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural flair for customer service. A love of clothing and styling would be a bonus too!If you were thinking of relocating, accommodation could be provided while you search for your perfect pad.Your key responsibilities would include:Preparing online orders in a timely manner, so that they are fulfilled quickly and correctly.Ensuring accurate online stock levels at all times and, if errors are identified, liaising with the store staff to fix the problem, including careful stock transfers and monthly stocktakes.Managing content for the Social Media accounts.Assisting/managing the photoshoots.Photographing and editing the shoots.Consistently delivering exceptional customer service to assist with online purchases, complete exchanges and returns, share product knowledge, and suggest add-ons.Increase efficiency by providing recommendations on how to improve processes and the online customer experience.Working one weekend day on the shop floor to assist the team and learn the brands or in the office.This exciting opportunity comes with:A competitive salary.Great staff discounts.Work in a beautiful, brand new office space.Part-time hours or full-time flexible for the right person.The chance to develop your digital and customer service skills while working with talented, like-minded people.To be successful in this role, you will bring with you:A willingness to learn.Photography/Studio skills.A love of fashion and a natural interest in the industry.Experience with Shopify/Vend, Mails outs (eDM's), and Google ads.Problem-solving skills which will allow you to find simple, effective solutions to problems with a minimum of instruction.Social Media content creation experience.Basic graphic design experience in Photoshop, Adobe, or InDesign - ideal but not essential.Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple projects, and prioritise accordingly.Website management and previous experience working with an ecommerce platform.Start date can be flexible for the right candidate.
