Our kaiako act as facilitators, observing and documenting children's interests and ideas, and then using those observations to guide further learning experiences. We love being a part of our community and going on regular excursions to places such as St Andrews Resthome, Cambridge Library, House of Wonder Vegetable Garden, and more!About You:Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring, and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable, and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for.
