One of our wonderful teachers is going on maternity leave, creating an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Team Leader for a fixed term period! In this role, you will inspire both our tamariki and kaiako, bringing your unique brand of fun, energy, and passion to our team.
This is a full time fixed term position from September 2024 – May 2025, with opportunities to go permanent or transfer to one of our fantastic sister centres!
About us: Our passionate and caring teaching team are enthusiastic and united in our philosophy, with building relationships with the children and their whanau, at the forefront. We work collaboratively within the community, supporting each other to extend our children's learning and to show consistency between home and our Centre. About You: Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for. A Level 7 qualification in ECE or Primary and a current Practising Certificate is a must!
