What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is deeply passionate about delivering quality learning and care to every tamaiti entrusted to us. They should excel at fostering responsive relationships with tamariki and their whanau, and they should possess approachability and a readiness to tackle challenges head-on. A Level 7 qualification (or its NZQA equivalent) in ECE is essential, along with full or provisional registration. We value an open-minded approach to diverse philosophies, offering ample opportunities for personal and professional growth within our team of dedicated educators.
