What we're looking for:
Is a registered or in-training teacher.
Can physically and mentally complete tasks necessary for caring for small children.
Proactively looks after their health and well-being.
Understands the demands and commitment required to be an ECE teacher.
Is resilient and able to cope, adapt, and bounce back from difficult situations.
Is loyal and committed to this position for at least 2 years.
Can work at least 35 hours a week.
Has an excellent work ethic.
Is a strong verbal and written communicator, confident in using social media.
Sees working with children as a privilege.
Agrees with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning.
