As a high-impact leader, reporting to directors, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre!Being a great leader with excellent communication and building fun-loving and caring relationships will be your core skills.Key responsibilities:Leadership: Provide strong leadership to our team of educators, creating a collaborative and supportive work culture.Curriculum development: Work with educators to develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with New Zealand's early childhood education curriculum, Te Whariki.Staff management: Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Parent and community engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community.Compliance: Ensure the centre operates in compliance with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and experience:A recognised qualification in early childhood education (preferred) or a recognised qualification in primary and current teachers' registration.Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.Strong knowledge of New Zealand's early childhood education regulations and curriculum.A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices.You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the opportunities within the centre.You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!What we offer:At Kids Cave Early Learning, we value our dedicated team and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
