An award-wining South Island Civil Contractor are looking to appoint a specialist Earthworks Project or Contracts Manager to join their central Queenstown office. 
  
The Role:
This position would be a great opportunity for someone who has Project Management Civil Construction projects with significant bulk and minor earthworks across a variety of projects including subdivision development, roading and more. In this rewarding role you will be involved in a variety of business activities including:
Contracts management Staff management, including recruitment and professional development and performance management  Financial management and performance, including reporting  Quality, health and safety Pre and post award project planning and programming Tender input, including estimation and methodology writing About You:
To be suitable for this position, you will need to have proven experience delivering successful similar projects in New Zealand. You will also need to have:
Relevant industry qualification such as Civil Engineering preferred or proven time in the trade At least 5 years experience in a PE, PM or similar role in Civil Construction Experience in Construction management within New Zealand Strong financial management and programme management skills  Ability to management multiple project concurrent  Current clean Class 1 license  Willing to complete drug, alcohol and criminal checks Up-to-date with current health and safety legislation and contract law Benefits:
