Early learning educator - branch manager Full time, Permanent Kiwi Supertots Learning Centre, Papakura, is seeking an experienced branch manager whose core values align with our philosophy. About us: We are a boutique centre located in Papakura. We are licensed for 35 children. We are passionate about providing a loving, caring and nurturing environment and providing positive learning experiences for all tamariki and their whanau. About you: You will be: An inspirational leader with an ability to mentor and lead a team to provide an excellent learning environment for our tamariki A person of vision who is enthusiastic and motivated with clear communication skills An experienced leader, ideally a qualified and registered early childhood teacher. Responsible for ensuring that the centre operates in compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards Oversee the day-to-day operations management including enrolments, budgets, and staff rosters.
