Cuddles Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate leader in Early Childhood Education to fill the role of Centre Manager. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and development of young learners in a supportive, educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and seamless functionality.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team of educators and administrative staff.
Manage enrolments, staff scheduling, and centre budgets effectively.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new families and promote the centre's unique strengths.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and educational standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor of Education or Diploma of Teaching Level 7 (ECE), along with current teacher registration or certification.
In-depth knowledge of Discover software and WINZ funding entitlements.
Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles within an Early Childhood Education setting.
Proven leadership experience is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations, and Code of Ethics.
Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education regulations and the Te Whariki curriculum.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
