We aim to provide tamariki with the tools they need to grow into successful, confident learners within Aotearoa's vibrant bicultural context.We proudly embrace the rich cultural and ethnic diversity of our tamariki and whanau, fostering growth, learning, and empowerment.
We're excited to expand our whanau and open a new Centre in 2025, adding to our growing network of six centres across Aotearoa.We are looking for a passionate, qualified, and dedicated early childhood education teacher to join our dynamic team at our new centre opening in January 2025.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a curriculum that reflects Tiriti o Waitangi tikanga and is aligned with Te Whariki.Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that respond to children's strengths, interests, and needs.Create inclusive and equitable learning environments that celebrate diversity, honour cultural values, and foster a sense of belonging.Document children's learning and growth through profile books, e-portfolios, and other means as required.QualificationsWe seek someone passionate and committed to high-quality teaching practices.
The ideal candidate will have:A recognised Early Childhood Teaching Qualification registered with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa, New Zealand (required).A current Teaching Council practising certificate (required).Experience working within a collaborative early childhood education team.Strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to quickly settle into new environments.A commitment to quality practice and the principles of Te Whariki.Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.A genuine enthusiasm for supporting and nurturing tamariki in their early years.A strong desire to build meaningful connections with whanau and families.How to applyPlease send your CV, and direct enquiries to:Type: Education & CareMaximum licenced places: 0
