Early Childhood Education Manager

Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training) We are currently seeking a Manager for our Little Owls Preschool. The position is permanent, requiring a minimum of 30 hours weekly, with the possibility of extending up to 40 hours. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for children, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Curriculum Development: Implement and enhance educational programs that promote learning and development. Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families and the community. Administrative Duties: Handle budgeting, enrolment, and other administrative tasks. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a preschool setting. Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
