Early Childhood Education Manager

We are currently seeking a Manager for our Little Owls Preschool. The position is permanent, requiring a minimum of 30 hours weekly, with the possibility of extending up to 40 hours. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for children, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Curriculum Development: Implement and enhance educational programs that promote learning and development. Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families and the community. Administrative Duties: Handle budgeting, enrolment, and other administrative tasks. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a preschool setting. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
