About this role:
The Deloitte New Zealand Talent Acquisition team is seeking a fixed-term Graduate Coordinator from February to mid-April (with the potential to extend) to assist with our Early Careers campaign. In this role you'll support with recruitment events, assist in managing the candidate experience during the recruitment process, coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders and candidates. If you're detail-oriented with an interest in recruitment or human resources, this could be a good fit for you.
Your typical day will include:
This role is a fixed-term, full time position to provide key support during our busy, award winning graduate recruitment campaign, you will do this through:
· Assisting with event management and coordination
· Delivering high quality and efficient end to end recruitment administration
· Ensure successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high-quality delivery of service.
· Coordination of interviews and preparing recruitment documentation.
· Support candidates through the process, ensuring high quality candidate care where required.
Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:
· Strong attention to detail,
· Effective communication skills - both written and verbal,
· Able to multi-task and comfortable with shifting priorities,
· An ability to follow processes and seek ways to improve these,
· You have a passion for people - having majored in Human Resources or similar (An understanding or background in Business/Commerce/Law is a plus),
· An appreciation that being a team player is a guaranteed way to succeed,
· An enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people,
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint is a bonus!

· We would prefer an Auckland based candidate but are open to talking to people based in Wellington
What will the application process involve?

· The next stage will involve a one-way video interview,
· This will be followed with an interview with two members of the team that you would be working closely with,
· The final stage would involve a casual catch up with the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
· Our ideal candidate would be available to start 3 February 2025.
