The purpose of the Early Careers Advisor position is to work with the Early Careers Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to design and deliver successful Early Careers campaigns (across Graduate and Internship positions and Scholarships) using a robust talent sourcing and selection process and ensuring the availability of a continual pipeline of appropriately qualified candidates to meet firms strategic workforce planning requirements. The Early Careers Advisor will promote PwC as a firm of choice to young talent and act as a brand ambassador at all times.As our Early Careers Advisor you will be responsible for:Working closely with the Early Careers Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, providing support for PwC's entry-level recruitment campaigns including Graduates, Internships and Scholarships.Sourcing, identifying and engaging with candidates through various channels, including university partnerships, online platforms, career and networking events.Screening CVs and applications to assess candidates, coordinating interviews and working with the business to secure top entry-level talent for the business.Acting as a central point of contact for both candidates and colleagues on Early Careers, responding to queries and solving problems.Managing the end-to-end process for PwC's Scholarship programme.Collaborating with Hiring Managers to define Early Careers talent requirements and supporting the Early Careers Manager in developing campaign strategies.Utilising our applicant tracking system - Workday - and other tools to manage candidates through our recruitment and onboarding processes.Coordinating events and representing PwC on campus in conjunction with wider business representatives.Collaborating with various colleagues in People & Culture to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for successful candidates.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experience1-2 years' relevant experience within Student Careers, Recruitment, Human Resources or other closely related fields.Knowledge and experience of best practice recruitment methodologies, processes and outcomes is preferred.Experience working with an applicant tracking system is preferred.Driven, motivated and customer-centric.
