Leveraging your exceptional time management skills, you will communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the executive support team, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are met. You will be focused on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive, cooperative, and professional relationships.Provide efficient and professional administrative support to two EAs for the executive leadership teamCoordinate documentation and file managementPrepare daily/weekly/monthly management packs and reports for meetingsSupport conferences and eventsManage changing schedules, appointments and national and international travel arrangementsProduce monthly credit card reconciliation and match invoices to purchase ordersSkills and Experience:A minimum of five years' in a corporate administration roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other software information systems / diary managementSolutions focused, skilled at managing competing priorities and adept at multi-taskingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including minute takingHigh degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and personal presentationAbout Us: Canterbury owned, Ryan is proud to have supported candidates and clients for over 35 years.
