Your role will be integral in support of driving revenue and coordinating cross functional team outputs. You're used to navigating complex environments with ease.Brings a strategic, commercial mindset and understands the intricacies of sales tactics and business strategy.Has exceptional attention to detail, ensuring excellence in every task, from strategic planning to execution.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can pivot with agility when needed.Is a good communicator who has the potential to inspire, influence, and present to larger groups.What you'll do:Work directly with the CEO to push sales strategy forward and ensure operational success.Completely own and organise CEO diary, schedule and materials required for each meeting (includes booking travel).Take notes, minutes from internal meetings to deliver actions – with follow up to ensure execution of these.Support the CEO with preparation of excels for budget analysis, forecasting, and sales tracking to ensure the business can achieve monthly targets.Attend weekly meetings with external teams and actioning outcomes.Be the CEO's right-hand-person in external meetings, and at times standing in to present to buyers and distributors.Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster innovation and collaboration across design, sales, and operations.Support the preparation of materials for high-level projects – from Joint Business Plans to new strategic initiatives.Engage directly with customers, ensuring relationships are cultivated and results are delivered.Assist with stepping into short term gaps in the sales team as and when required.What you'll bring:A razor-sharp mind with the ability to convert information into usable outputs.Impeccable attention to detail, with a relentless focus on operational excellence.A proven track record of at least five years, in executive support, ideally with experience in sales, business development, or a similar fast-paced field.Excellent communication skills: you know how to engage, motivate, and inspire both internally and externally.Exceptional excel skills.An understanding of budget management and sales performance metrics.Flexibility to attend online meetings across various time zones.What we offer:The opportunity to work directly with a CEO who is dynamic and ambitious.A chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing company with global presence.A high-performance, high-reward environment where excellence is expected and celebrated.A culture that thrives on challenge, agility, and delivering results.This is a full-time role, based on-site from our Wellington HQ with the opportunity for travel.If you're ready to bring your passion, precision, and ambition to an exciting, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
