YOUR ROLE
Global toy and FMCG leader ZURU Group is starting an eCommerce Acceleration plan, to ensure we're getting our fair share of eCommerce sales to complement our strong on shelf presence in physical retailers. To do this, we're starting a new global eCommerce marketing function. You'll be supporting our global commercial and marketing stakeholders with a key focus on Amazon, Walmart and Target whilst extending into other online retailers in regions such as the EU.
This role will be a conduit between the commercial and marketing teams, understanding their business requirements to then plan and buy eCommerce advertising and deliver significant ROI.
This is an incredibly unique opportunity within New Zealand, offering the chance to manage a multi-million dollar budget for innovative brands on the biggest online retail platforms across the world.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your eCommerce experience, ad platform execution and stakeholder management skills will have a direct impact in the success of ZURU brands' growth, planning and implementing campaigns that deliver media driven growth directly attributable to your strategies and tactics.
Our eCommerce capability is accelerating at pace, so this role will have significant exposure across the ZURU Group. You are our eCommerce marketing and advertising expert, leading a roadmap of innovation and continuous improvement to put ZURU at the forefront of global eCommerce excellence, ensuring paid advertising driven growth of our brands.
Responsibilities

Work with internal teams and external media partners to build world-class eCommerce campaigns.
A focus on performance delivery based on efficient and effective planning, targeting, execution, measurement and optimization.
Utilise existing tools for insights, automation and measurement and ensure that they're delivering more value than their investment.
Oversee campaign management and reporting hands on, delivering actionable insights and spend recommendations for our brands across the group portfolio.
Lead and develop the process for implementing new paid and organic testing strategies to drive actionable insights and lessons, and manage this process and cross pollination with eCommerce and marketing teams.
Manage multiple platforms across multiple markets.
Lead the eCommerce advertising invoicing process alongside Finance, to ensure PO and IO processes are followed, teams billed accurately, and suppliers paid on time each month.

Required

3-5 years of performance and eCommerce experience, ideally with Amazon.
Stakeholder management experience.
Proven track record of delivering consistently positive ROI.
Ability to handle multiple products and time zones.
Willingness and a curiosity to learn.
Ability to move at pace.
FMCG experience preferable.
