We are seeking a detail oriented and organised person to join us as an E-commerce and Accounts Receivable Controller.
Reporting to the ANZ Credit Manager, this role is responsible for managing and overseeing payment transactions related to our e-commerce operations and associated payment platforms, as well as ensuring the efficient management of customer accounts in line with the company policies.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payment processing, while providing exceptional service to both internal teams and customers.
Additionally, you may be asked to provide backup support for credit control functions when required.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all e-commerce payment transactions.Ensure accurate and timely payment processing across related platforms.Manage processes and drive efficiency and improvements where possible.Provide support to the Customer Service team on payment-related or AU ledger customer issues.Deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.Manage all overdue accounts and resolve outstanding balances.Run monthly account statements and manage invoicing.Provide backup support for credit control functions as needed.About You: Strong attention to detail and precision in payment processing.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience in e-commerce or accounts receivable is an advantage.A good problem solver, focused on delivering results.This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in e-commerce operations, while also looking after credit controller duties.
