DUTY MANAGER We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Duty Manager or bar and waitstaff who want to progress into a managerial position.
We seek someone with energy and enthusiasm who desires a job that is exciting, fast-paced, challenging, rewarding, and fun.
You must have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality and 1 year with full À la carte service at a management level, with an understanding of what makes great customer service and the ability to provide an exceptional experience to our guests.
You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
You should know how to run a busy section of a restaurant and/or bar to a very high standard, understand the art of up-selling, and possess good knowledge of beer, wines, and spirits.
A passion for food is essential.
We are looking for someone who can multitask, prioritize, keep calm under pressure, and demonstrate good common sense and initiative.

We are currently seeking fun people for 5-7 shifts per week (approx 35-45 hours).
