We seek someone with energy and enthusiasm who desires a job that is exciting, fast-paced, challenging, rewarding, and fun.You must have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality and 1 year with full À la carte service at a management level, with an understanding of what makes great customer service and the ability to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.You should know how to run a busy section of a restaurant and/or bar to a very high standard, understand the art of up-selling, and possess good knowledge of beer, wines, and spirits. A passion for food is essential. We are looking for someone who can multitask, prioritize, keep calm under pressure, and demonstrate good common sense and initiative.We offer a full training program and great career progression paths for the right candidate.
