Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Duty Manager to join our team. This role requires a problem-solving genius who excels at creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager to lead your team effectively, ensuring compliance, quality, and guest satisfaction while upholding our brand and company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Perform front office and food & beverage duties as required by operations.Supervision: Direct and oversee reservations, reception, food & beverage, conferences, maintenance, and housekeeping activities during your shift.Training & Development: Assist in training team members, setting high standards for service delivery and operational excellence.Administrative Tasks: Maintain attendance records and assist with the creation of rosters.Attention to Detail: Ensure adherence to processes to deliver a consistent guest experience.Communication: Provide clear and effective communication with both guests and team members.Customer Satisfaction: Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.Problem Solving: Collaborate with teams to address and resolve operational challenges.Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety protocols, lead emergency procedures, and manage evacuations.Alcohol Service: Oversee the service of alcohol in accordance with operational requirements.What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or capacity within a hotel environment.
