We look after a variety of guests from our regular customers to visitors from all over the world!As a Part-Time role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for running the shift, ensuring that all guest requirements are met and exceeded.
This involves looking after the Front of House team, building rosters and taking care of ordering.To be successful in this role you'll be:professional with a real focus on customer servicehave proven Food and Beverage experience gained in a reputable restaurant or hotel settingsound supervisory skills as you will be looking after up to 8-10 F&B attendants on shiftknowledge of the bar and cash handling experience is an absolute mustability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an incredible advantage, but not requiredAs a busy, fast-paced operation that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary, so flexibility will be key.Due to legal requirements, you must be over the age of 20 to be considered for the role.Benefits:$2.50 meals at our staff restaurantHeavily discounted on-site staff parkingSubsidised health insurancePlus many more!Come and find your place at New Zealand's home of entertainment!
