Duty Manager - SkyCity Hotel (Full Time)As the Duty Manager of SkyCity Hotels, you will find yourself working amongst our close-knit front office teams and will be responsible for ensuring every guest experience is exceptional by overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated hotel professional who is proactive and confident with a friendly personality!
As this role will cover all shifts including night audit, there is a requirement of knowledge of financial management including budgeting, cost control, and P&L's.
You will have a high level of commitment to providing a professional and memorable guest experience to all our valued customers.
You must possess excellent English language skills, with a secondary language being advantageous.
