Duty Manager - New World Remuera

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager or someone with strong leadership abilities to oversee the store in the evening.
ABOUT THE ROLE The primary role of the Duty Manager is to oversee all departments in store, with the overall goal of keeping our store full, fresh and friendly.
To be successful in this role you must:
Be a strong leader who is capable of getting the best out of every team member in the store.Look at the big picture.
The Duty Manager must overlook the entire store and all departments, ensuring the store as a whole is running to the best of its ability.Provide your own transport to and from the store.Previous experience in this role is preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right candidate.ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is:
