About the role: As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Little Blackwood. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and upholding our high standards of service. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of a renowned hospitality venue. Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to maintain optimal levels and minimise waste. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary measures. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards and procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
