Main duties will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service that ensures compliance with the Sales of Alcohol legislation.

Employing retail merchandise tactics to elevate store presentation and drive sales.

Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, banking, staff rosters, stock management, and inventory control.

Determining budgeting, product mix, stock levels, promotional displays, and service standards.

Implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.

Professional front-of-house customer interactions.

Must have a Council Duty Manager's certificate with at least 1 year or more.
