The Travelodge Hotel Wellington is recruiting a passionate hospitality professional for the full-timerole of Duty Manager to work 2 days and 3 Nights.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to:) Day shift Lead the "hands-on" day-to-day operations of the hotel and front office team members. Coordinate tasks for each shift and delegate to receptionists Manage the daily check-in/check-out process and procedures. Conduct daily team briefings Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently Prepare and deliver daily occupancy reports Night Shift Oversee and manage all operations during the night shift Audit the day's activities and complete daily balancing of the hotel's transactions. Deliver a high level of customer service during all guest interactions. Conduct Guest arrivals and departures. Experience in front office/guest service with supervisory experience Able to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and detail Reliable and Punctual Previous experience in accounting, dealing with numbers or following systems (desirable) Immaculate grooming and personal presentation Working knowledge of a PMS (Opera or Protel) - desirable Proven consistent high-level delivery of customer service. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Currently hold a LCQ and Manager certificate.
