Duty Manager

The Newfield Tavern is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team.The Newfield Tavern is a popular suburban tavern which attracts loyal locals and a variety of visitors. Known for its bar meals, TAB and gaming options, this is a busy 7-day operation.This is a full-time role, providing approximately 35 hours per week, with a mix of management and bar shifts. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Manager and the team to deliver exceptional customer service. While experience with Gaming and TAB operations is an advantage, it is not a requirement.Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:Ability to thrive in a small team environment.Experience within the hospitality sector.Exceptional with customers and understands clearly what fantastic service means.Positive and effective communication.A current Manager's certificate or the ability to obtain one.This is a great opportunity for the right person to further your career within a professionally led organisation that delivers tangible outcomes to the community.
