Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionPrime Function:Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of the hotel.Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Telephones, Hospitality and Cashier.Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.Ensure that the arrivals and departures for the day and relevant records are maintained.Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the lobby.QualificationsDiploma in Tourism / Hospitality ManagementMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacityExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
