Duty Manager

The Farmhouse is a locally owned and operated family cafe and bar situated in Hanleys Farm, Queesntown. We are open 7 days a week and 5 nights and will look to expand to 7 nights as demand dictates. We are fully licensed and also have a small store on premises for locals convenience. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at The Farmhouse in Queenstown. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will be reponsible for managing front of house on General Managers time off. QualificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in hospitality managementKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to multitask and problem-solveExcellent customer service skillsMust have LCQ and managers certificate or willing to obtain asap
