**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Operations: Manage daily operations, inventory, and compliance.
2. Staff: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
3. Financial: Control costs, drive sales, and manage cash handling.
4. Customer Service:Ensure high service standards and handle complaints.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bar and barista
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
