Duty Manager

To be successful you must have a passion for providingexcellent customer service, hold a current Liquor License, be a detail minded and motivated self-starter, be able to multi-task and have great time management skills.
The Duty Manager's role will include:
directing andsupervising the team in the daily and nightly tasksIdentifying areas of theStore requiring replenishmentReplenishment of shelvesand displaysMaintaining a safe workenvironment for our people is important!Team training anddevelopmentBuilding Displays,Retail Excellence, Leadership by exampleCustomer FocussedSupporting and Assistingour Store Manager and Operations ManagerEnsuring all departmentsare maintaining appropriate store standardsThis role ideally suits an applicant who has previous Groceryor Retail Supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills and can Leadtheir team to excellence. You're a team player with high presentationstandards, a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast-pacedenvironment.
All our roles include a weekend day please let us know inyour cover letter if you prefer Saturday or Sunday. Remuneration negotiated at Interview.
