About the role:
Based in our Rebel Sport Napier store, a vacancy exists for a Duty Manager. This is a busy role so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must. The main functions of this role are team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, customer service and picking and packing online orders. This role will suit people that are interested in the workings of the retail industry, who are looking at the next step in their career.
We're looking for someone that's available full time, Tuesday to Saturday.
Skills and Experience:
Proven Duty Manager experience
A drive to have a career in retail
Amazing customer service ability
A reliable, trustworthy work ethic
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours/weekends
An understanding of the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace
