Duty Manager

We are looking for a duty manger which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a business, ensuring that the team is motivated and well-coordinated, and that guests have a great experience.
Should have one-year experience in industry.
Organizing and running the Bar/restaurant with following terms.
• Performing all the planning and organizing of special functions.
• Creating sales & operating budget.
• Ordering stock and pricing.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Understand and manage seating and timings in venue with multiple table turns.
Providing great customer service.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance
• Determining staffing needs and organizing recruitment and training of staff
• Setting rosters
• Leadership and supervision of waiting and kitchen staff
• Working with Bar staff, kitchen staff and Bar manager and cook.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
